PETER SCULLY is originally from England and has spent most of his life on boats in different parts of the globe.
He possesses a 100 ton US Coast Guard Captain’s License and has been entertaining guests for the last 10 years.
With extensive knowledge of the Mediterranean, Bahamas, Florida, and the Caribbean islands, Peter has chosen the Virgin Islands as his favorite cruising area. “Cocktails on the aft deck,watching sunsets, gently swaying palm trees, stingrays swimming by and turtles coming to call. Wonderful snorkeling in each bay, tropical bars on white sandy beaches.” Each day this area fulfills every person’s fantasy of what the Caribbean should be. ”Peter enjoys snorkeling, diving and watersking
RUTH PINNELL is your chef and wife of Peter. Also hailing from Europe, has spent fifteen years living in Italy and working in the hospitality industry, working in hotel kitchens. She speaks fluent Italian, French and Spanish and combines all Mediterranean influences in her menus.
Her aim is to provide you with exactly what you like best to eat. No effort or expense will be spared in providing the freshest local foods for you and the choice is yours!
Ruth has qualified from the Yacht Chef course of the Culinary Institute of Fort Lauderdale, and has spent ten years living and cooking abroad.
In addition to her talents in the galley , Ruth is also a trained life guard, a certified diver, and an avid snorkeler.
MIKE CHMURA is originally from New Jersey and has grown up around boats, developing his interest from his father who was in the navy. He was given his first boat, a 12 ft skiff at the age of 8. Mike worked in the restaurant industry for 10 years before taking his Captain’s exams. Since then he has obtained extensive knowledge in yachts from 12 to 110 feet and has cruised the whole of the Eastern Coast down to the Florida Keys, Bahamas and the Virgin Islands. Apart from boats, Mike’s hobbies are diving, water skiing, auto racing and motor cycles.

Well we haven’t been home 48 hours and wish we were back on the Annalisa. I wanted to write to tell you what a wonderful time we had. Peter and Ruth were absolutely wonderful. The trip far exceeded our expectations. Not only was the boat in perfect condition and clean beyond expectations, Ruth and Peter were hospitable warm caring and went out of their way to make sure we had a perfect vacation. Absolutely every need was attended too. In fact they knew what we needed often times before we did. To say the food was fabulous would be an understatement. Every meal was cooked to perfection and served with elegance. Anything we requested Ruth went out of her way to provide. We were truly amazed at every meal. Peter was the perfect captain. He made excellent suggestions as to where to visit and got us there in time and good condition. He picked safe harbors to stay the night and never did we feel uncomfortable sleeping.
I can not recommend the Analisa highly enough. For anyone considering a charter the Analisa is the way to go. You should have no reservations recommending this charter boat to anyone. The highest recommendation I can give is that we will definitely be back on another voyage with Peter and Ruth.
I again want to thank you for all your help and good advice prior to our vacation. You led us in the exact right direction I have given your name to a few friends who are considering chartering I know you will take good care of them.

I just wanted to thank you both again for the wonderful week on Analisa yachting through the BVI. If it wasn’t for my aunts generosity I would not have been able to experience such an amazing adventure. The Analisa is comfortable and beautiful. In superb condition!!. The meals were PERFECT. You both provided such a relaxed atmosphere. Thank you for all the work that went into making that possible. I loved the snorkeling, kayaking, swimming, eating, shopping and star gazing. (Do I dare mention cocktail hour?) All of the memories bring a smile to my face, and will for a very long time. Thank you also for the pictures

We have been meaning to write for a while now, sorry, things have been very busy. Despite this, three months later we still find ourselves talking about the truly amazing time we had aboard “ANALISA”.
Ruth. Your cooking is superb. Easily as good as the best restaurants anywhere in the world. The boys are trying to persuade me to go to cooking school!!!, so that “I can cook like Ruth”….you see what you have done. I will never forget the last dinner at anchor, when you produced four different starters, four different main courses, and four different deserts, just so we could have our favorites for the last time.
Peter. I am in awe of you. How you manage to keep the boat in such pristine condition, entertain us all with the water sports, games, and amuse us with your wonderful stories and humor, I have no idea. Do you ever sleep?
Analisa. By far the most comfortable and well maintained yacht we have ever been on. The rooms are luxurious and the mattresses at the front are a sun worshipers delight.
You both made us feel so totally at home. On hindsight, when we arrived we were severely stressed. After 8 days with you we went back home feeling and acting as a normal family. You were totally professional, giving us exactly the amount of privacy we wanted, yet were always there when needed. You are a wonderful couple.
As you know we have chartered four other yachts in the BVI, you will be the only one we charter again.

We found the crew very friendly helpful and professional..the yacht was comfortable ,clean, and well maintained, everything was unexpectedly perfect..The best moments for this charter was all of them…the worst I guess was when it rained a little on our first day. The meals were exceptional especially considering the limited facilities. The meals were excellent, she really pampered us…we enjoyed everything very much and would charter this boat again.
I just spent the last week on Analisa with my aunt, Jean Templeton, and two other relatives. It was an incredible week yachting through the BVI! Every day provided beauty, fun and relaxation. My time on the Analisa with Captain Peter and his Chef/ First Mate, Ruth was very enjoyable and I always felt safe. Peter always knew the best places to moor. Analisa is spotless and comfortable. We were in great care with Peter and Ruth and they did everything to make sure we had what we needed and wanted. The meals that Ruth provided were delicious! She always presented a lovely meal.
I also liked the many options that were available, such as snorkeling, kayaking, water skiing and tubing. We did snorkel and kayak, but my aunt’s favorite thing to do was shop, Peter and Ruth knew the right places to take us.
It was a great week and I will cherish the memories for a very long time.

Wow! This week has passed by so quickly! You two have made this one of our best and most unforgettable family trips. Sarah, your cooking was incredible! You went out of your way to appease our appetites with all our favorite dishes/foods. We looked forward to every meal. You were great with the kids and made each of us feel comfortable and at ease on the very first day. You are a smart, funny, adventurous, hard working, and interesting woman. It was a pleasure spending the week with both of you! Mike, you did a perfect job keeping us safe and entertained. We couldn’t ask for a better captain. The kids had a blast with all the water sports you provided and I know Robert enjoyed learning about all the inner workings of the boat from you. You were the perfect sommelier/waiter/mechanic/tour guide. You, too were great with the ki8ds, encouraging them to try new things (knee boarding, rubing). You are a kind, smart, hard-working, and thoughtful man. It was nice meeting you. This is a trip we would recommend to anyone.
JADEN: I loved the food, and Sarah and mike were very nice!
KATRINA: I think this was one of the best trips I have every been on. The islands were beautiful. The food was fantastic. Sarah was fun to talk to and she taught me how to dance to disco music. Mike was fun to hang out with because he would show us different fish and he taught me how to kneeboard. Mike always took us to cool places to go snorkling, tubing, kneeboarding and to just swim. Think you for making our spring break an unforgettable trip.
Where to begin . . .
Jo & Mike have made this the best family vacation ever! The only complaint is that we will need to diet for months to work off the weight gain from Jo’s unbelievable meals.

After all our many travels I am now sure that God did not create a more gorgeously perfect place than the Virgin Islands.
Every day we awoke in awe and every night we retire in peace.
Most memorable, day 1… Virgin Gorda. I am always searching for the place where no one has stood, for the sand that no one has laid in, for the rock that no one has touched, for the beautiful flower that no one has noticed, for the vista that no one has seen and the random shell that could only be from here: Spring Bay near the baths
Captain Michael, hey New Jersey – how did you get so luck to spend your life on the water? On this amazing yacht? Fire up the engines. It reminds us of our docks at home. Love the smell of diesel.
Jo, you are charming with a comforting sprit. your lovely accent and English manners are inspiring. My Grandmother is from England so I remain forever hopeful that some of her British-ness is in me.
Here it is, already our final night on board Analisa I’d planned to write so much but Jo keeps feeding us. Maybe I’m in a stupor from so much bliss. Our family is blessed to have shared this wonderful vacation together. Thank you MiKe and Jo, You’re great!
