What a wonderful vacation
The yacht was beautiful, comfortable and the cabins had a lot more storage space than we expected or needed. Captain Jack and Jaimey were wonderful hosts from the second we arrived at the dock to our good bye hugs. We loved how they were so engaged with our children the entire week. Every day after a wonderfully cooked breakfast that Jaimey prepared (including fresh baked breads) we were always excited to hear about the history of the place Captain Jack was sailing us to next. That was generally followed with them pointing me in the right direction on one of the beautiful islands for a run while the kids played games in the outdoor seating area in the stern. That was always followed by a short cruise to our next stop where we always swam, snorkeled or paddle boarded while Jaimey made a delicious lunch. About an hour after lunch our kids would shout out “only 4 hours til the 5:30 snack” which was always a great treat. However dinner was the best of all, (followed by Jaimey’s tastey desserts) as our family sat down to reflect on our day over a wonderful meal yet still bring Captain Jack and Jaimey into the conversation.

To sum it up, everything was just perfect starting with the crew and the yacht. My wife and I have never felt so relaxed on a vacation and thankful that we did not have to make any decisions other than what bathing suit to wear or what wine for dinner. When they were not active in the water, our 4 children spent hours away from their ipads, iphones…to play countless hours of bananagrams and cards together. The tv only went on twice and once was so I could watch the heat game.

We were so pleasantly surprised by the video Captain Jack and Jaimey presented us with on our final night. It was a special gift for a special trip that we will always remember. Hopefully you got a chance to see it.

Thank you for your assistance and of course I would be happy to help out you or the Blue Moon crew in any way.

All my best, Roger

Dear Jaimey and Captain Jack/Captain Ron!
I really enjoyed being here and I hope to come back soon! When we came you both gave us such warm welcomes that I felt at home. I really enjoyed doing many things with you such as snorkeling, singing banana grahams, tubing, playing cheat and many more. I hope you like the bracelets because I enjoyed making them! I will never go anywhere that is better than this! I also want to say thank you for always preparing food for us that was so delicious. We all even remembered the food schedule by heart! Breakfast when everyone makes up, lunch around 12:30 pm and SNACK at 5:30 pm than dinner and dessert…all the food was amazing. I will never get this song out of my head….banana ghrams do do do do do..banana ghrams…do do do do do…banana ghrams…do do do do do do do do do do do do do…BANANA GHRAMS!!!!

Words are not enough….our week was amazing. We has a perfect balance of partying, exploring and learning about the BVI’s. The was perfect! We never had the same meal twice! You always had such a good read on what we needed and when! I felt like Paris Hilton when Captain Jack would bring a cooler of our favorite drinks to shore. I mean that only happens in movies…or on a charter with Captain Jack and Jaimey. Everyday on board was unique and opened our eyes to a new experience. We have all travelled extensively and this was by far one the best we have experienced. We feel like we gained two new friends and they were part of an experience that we will cherish forever. Accomadating…YES…Friendly…YES…..Funny…YES….knowledgeable….YES. Jack and Jaimey provide an experience that anyone would want to be part of. Here’s to Jack and Jaimey…here is to the most amazing week ever…and here is to making memories!

The most wonderful trip of our lives!
“Just a quick note to THANK YOU once again for the most wonderful trip of our lives!! You two are absolutely amazing and we had a honeymoon that was completely off the hook!! The story I find myself telling the most is how incredible it was that because of you, Laura got to experience absolutely NO compromise when it came to meal time because of her glueten allergy! Jaimey, you were amazing, how you prepared her glueten free versions of the same meal the rest of us enjoyed! That’s a first for Laura and she really appreciated it…. more than you know! Jack, you are everything one could ask for in a Captain! You were very traditional, when it came to your respect for the sea and those who have braved it for centuries, yet you are totally cool and relaxed, making us feel completely safe and secure! There were so many unforgetable moments during our week with you… Willy T’s, Soggy Dollar, Last Resort and the resort where we swam in the pool and the crew showed up with cocktails and snacks… ready to party! diving the HMS Rhone with Jack’s tragic tale and my new favorite Dive Master was a personal highlight for me! Laura and I feel very blessed to have had you two be our guides on the most incredible adventure we have ever experienced. Thanks again for doing your part in starting our new life together with massive fun and adventure!!”

Where to start …
“Where in the world do you start here?! Captain Jack and Jaimey were absolutely amazing. From the moment we stepped foot on board, they were catering to our every need, answering our silly questions, and just being overall fantastic hosts. Food: The food was absolutely amazing. Even though we were traveling with a group who’d been on numerous charters, my wife and I had no idea what to expect. To say we were pleasantly surprised with the food would be an understatement — we were flat out blown away. From the variety to the presentation to the quality, Jaimey’s cooking was always spot on. We spent a good part of each day talking about the amazing dishes Jaimey had cooked for us – and wondering how she did it in that galley. Cooking is everything in wife’s family, and she must have asked Jaimey for at least 7 recipes to bring back home to her mother. Service: As I mentioned, this was my wife and I’s first charter, so we had no idea what to expect as far as our interaction with the crew, etc. Our entire group instantly hit it off with Jack and Jaimey, and really felt as though we were guests in a friend’s house. The boat was always clean, any requests we had were met with no time spared, and Jack and Jaimey always made sure we understood that it was our boat for the week. This is huge to us, and something we’ve never experienced on another vacation. On the first day Jack asked if we were interested in helping out sailing, as I understand some guests just want to relax and not be involved. Once we told him yes, he put so much time and energy into not only showing us the ins and outs of sailing, but explaining how things work and why they work this way. One of the highlights of our day by far was our morning ‘history lesson.’ Over coffee and breakfast every morning, Jack would bring out the maps and show us where we’d been, where we were going, and the historical significance of those areas. We were all so thankful he did this as it really does help create stronger memories of the vacation since you’re visiting so many beautiful areas in such a short period of time. Also, as an added bonus, Jaimey traced our route on a map for each couple and left it in our rooms on the last day. What a fantastic surprise! Finally, we are a younger group and generally stayed up late almost every night. Even though Jack and Jaimey were up at the crack of dawn every day, they never made us feel as though we needed to go bed early, not go out, keep the noise down or anything of that nature. In fact, the best nights we had onshore were those that they came and enjoyed with us. You get the point here – Jack and Jaimey are a gem. We’ll no doubt be back with Jack and Jaimey.”

Over the top vacation!
“OVER THE TOP! They were able to answer all our questions and also gave us a brief review of where we have been and where we were going that day. Along with some history of the places. We had So much fun with Captain Jack and Jamiey. They are a great team that made this the best charter I have ever been on before and I have had some really amazing captains. They definitely made the vacation exactly what we wanted.”

Where do I begin. This was the best, relaxing, and over the top vacation I have ever had. Jaimey, you should get your own cooking show! You’re a wonderful cook and I don’t know how I would ever be able to compete. Jack, you a blessing to be around. I loved everything about this vacation, words can not explain. At home, I have trouble sleeping, but this was a laid back, worry free week, I slept so much! Thank you for that! You both gel so well together and I wish you well in the future. I feel we made 2 wonderful new friends and if you are ever in Toronto, please, please give us a call! We would love to see you! You two made this trip unforgettable and I well always be greatful for that.

“Jack and Jaimey were fabulous! They were an integral part of our entire vacation experience, and we have adopted them into our family of friends. They were so friendly, attentive, and overall accommodating. Jaimey is a wonderful, creative cook who presented delicious, healthy meals. We just thoroughly enjoyed our time with them and felt like we were visiting old friends. We look forward to sailing again with them in the future.”

Don and I loved the Tobago Cays. We loved the turtles, snorkeling and feel of the area. Thanks so much for making our holiday a success; it was calm, refreshing and we loved Captain Jacks take charge attitude! Jaimey, you’re so sweet, and your attention to detail and overseeing everyone’s needs was so great. A holiday of a life time with the best Captain and 1st mate you could imagine in the Caribbean.
