Captain Jeff’s ocean experience started at the early age of 12 while growing up in a small fishing town on the North Shore of Boston. He was scuba diving by the age of 14 and taking extra courses in Biology and working at the Woods Hole branch in Salem MA while in high school. He went on to double major in Biology & Chemistry at the University of Miami with the direction of working in the marine field. On this path he became involved in the marine equipment industry and boat building. After thirty years in the yacht industry, with over 40,000 miles sailed, he decided to move to the Caribbean and share his love of the sea firsthand through chartering.

He enjoys sharing his knowledge of sailing and diving, and has fun creating his famous “Captain’s Cocktails” for all to enjoy. With his guided tours and underwater photography you will get to experience more of the amazing reefs in BVI than you ever imagined.

Captain Jeff currently holds a commercially endorsed MCA 200 Ton Offshore (Unlimited Passenger) RYA Yacht Master license with all the required SMTC 95 safety training certificates. You will be glad to know that your Captain’s offshore expereince included many solo adventures, so no worries – you can choose to participate as much or as little as you’d like during your voyage, confident in your safety with his seamanship.

Your Hostess/Chef, Sandy has 25 years experience hosting events and catering to discriminating executive-level clients. Through extensive worldwide travel, she has acquired and replicated many unique cuisine creations. She enjoys experimenting with locally sourced produce, and her menu ranges from the heart-healthy to the over-indulgent – your choice! Sandy has also recently been published in the new charter chef cookbook, “Dining on Deck”!

In addition to providing culinary treats, she also offers yoga on board or on the many beaches we’ll explore during the voyage. She also has her acoustic guitar onboard with a repertoire of over 100 beach party songs for impromptu sing-alongs.

Your First Mate, Mango, is always on patrol watching for the next beautiful bird, fish, turtle or dolphin that will surely cross our path!

Jeff and Sandy are active patrons of the Boston’s Children’s Hospital and in 2012 their personal efforts raised in excess of $120,000 for research for pediatric heart valve replacement.

Dear Sandy, Jeff and Mango

THANKS SO MUCH for a fun-filled, adventurous week! We all learned a lot about a different part of the world…..both underwater and on our many hikes on the islands. We really liked the choice of snorkeling stops (seeing the shark and swimming with turtles were simply incredible!). The kids also LOVED the tubing!!

Dear Sandy, Jeff & Mango

Best family trip EVER! Your personal tour of all the perfect spots for families combined with your warm friendly attitudes, beautiful boat, superb cuisine, WOW! We tried to think of the “best” part, but every experience was the “best”. Sailing, hiking, snorkeling,(1st scuba for the kids!), swimming, tubing….thank you ever so much!!!

All our best with gratitude, Rennie, Willa, Camilla and Fiona

February 2012 Principe Family
Thank you for a great week of sailing, and the best part, getting the kids into diving 🙂 Thank you for all the sailing tips and of course the fantastic meals. BEST FAMILY VACATION!! Take care and sail on, Michael, Marissa, Alex and Sabrina

Sandy and Jeff,

Magic and Inspiration truly happen here….Thanks for an incredible journey! We came onboard over-worked, over-tired, and over-stressed and are leaving relaxed, refreshed, and regretful for having to leave this paradise you provide. We have laughed much and loved every single moment.

Sandy, your truly gourmet meals have inspired us all. These are the meals one might expect from a 5 star resort – only better!

Jeff, you are a saint! Your patience with a boat full of women and returning to us all the items we lost overboard was amazing. We also found great comfort in your knowledge and expertise behind the helm as our captain.

Thank you both for the MAGIC! This was absolutely one of the most memorable and enjoyable weeks ever! You are both awesome in every way!

Holly, Ann and Terri

Words Fail Us!!
Dear Jeff and Sandy

Words fail us – You Guys have been the best!! Period.
Big thanks for everything the (un)sailing (ha ha!) the snorkeling, the “beaching”, the great meals, the beautiful boat, and mostly for the privilege of getting to know you both.

We’ll be talking of our time on the M.I. with you for a good long time. All the best and good sailing until we meet again.

Tom and Marshall
So nice to get away from it all!
What a fantastic trip!! You thought of everything to make our anniversary vacation memorable – fresh flowers, excellent food, and the best selection of wines we’ve seen anywhere. The activity level was just right, and your knowledge of the “secluded” beaches for us was much appreciated – so nice to get away from it all! This trip will stand out as the anniversary to beat for years to come.

The Hillebrands
Will miss being pampered!
You guys ROCK – this was a first class vacation all the way! The sailing and snorkeling just couldn’t be beat, and your taking time with our kids to show them around the reefs during their first real snorkeling experience was just super. We were all spoiled with your homemade breads and desserts, and will miss being pampered the minute we leave. Thank you for memories we will treasure for a lifetime!

The DeMarcos
