Here is their  “Sail the Med”– Croatia 2019 All Inclusive Sample Itinerary and Menu

Saturday: Split-Brac/Milna:

We start our sailing adventure in a Marina close to Split. Split is famous for its old town with the big Diocletian´s Palace, built by the Romans in the 4th century. You will find lots of Shops, Café´s and restaurants. After the security briefing we set sail to the island of Brac for an evening of exploring and gorgeous views. Milna, a romantic village on the western part of the island of Brac, is the most popular nautical destination on the island. A village, set in a wonderful bay, perfectly protected from winds. The houses are mostly built using white stone from Brac. Look out for the beautiful beaches (Pasika, Osibova, Lu?ice, Maslinova), jump in the crystal clear water and stroll around in the nice village before your fist gourmet dinner is served.

Sunday: Brac/Milna – Blue Cave – Vis/Town Vis:

After a delicious breakfast on board we set sails to the Island of Vis. We stop at a jewel of nature: a sea cave. The interior of the cave and the sea inside are illuminated with an indescribable silver-blue light. The rays of sun passing into the cave through a small crack in its ceiling are reflected in the sea, just marvelous. In the afternoon we head to the Town of Vis, the oldest settlement in Dalmatia dated back to 397 B.C. Explore the beautiful stone buildings, including the Garibaldi Palace and enjoy the nice bars shops and restaurants.

Monday: Vis/Vis – Hvar/Hvar:

Today we sail to the pear of Dalmatia, the Island of Hvar. We stop for swimming in a secluded bay before we arrive in the chic Town of Hvar, one of the most famous and beautiful villages of Croatia. People call it the St. Tropez of Dalmatia. Stroll around the town and see the Renaissance cathedral and the farmers market with hundreds of lavender flowers, hike up to the famous 7th century fortress, visit some great restaurants or just sip some champagne in the numerous chic waterfront bars while watching the mega yachts docking.

Tuesday: Hvar/Hvar – Otok Scedro – Uvula Mrtinovic:

After a gourmet breakfast on board we sail along the south coast of Hvar. Enjoy the beautiful blue water and the incomparable Mediterranean vegetation. We stop for lunch and afternoon at the small Island of Scedro. Enjoy the scenery, blue waters and snorkeling in this national park. In the afternoon we sail to a secluded bay on the south side of Hvar: Uvula Mrtinovic. A fisherman prepares Dalmatian specialties just for us on his BBQ for dinner.

Wednesday: Uvula Mrtinovic – Jelsa

Today we will explore some of the smallest and most secluded bays in Croatia. Because of his best local knowledge our Captain will show you some “hidden places” off the typical tourist path with wonderful snorkeling, hiking or just relaxing in the most beautiful Mediterranean scenery. In the afternoon we sail to Jelsa, a popular scenic town with historic churches and squares and colourful authentic restaurants and taverns.

You can do a nice hike or enjoy the beach and have a glass of homemade wine at the small tavern in the bay. In the afternoon we sail to the small fishing village Maslinica, a peaceful oasis and a true paradise for anybody looking to relax and unwind. Explore the old scenic village and try some delicious fresh caught fish or some local grown olives.

Friday: Solta/Maslinica – Trogir

Enjoy your breakfast on board while we slowly sail back to Croatia Mainland. Today you have the opportunity to visit the world famous and UNESCO World Heritage Town Trogir. Trogir combines long history and urban tradition; visit the Cathedral of St Lawrence, the Church of St Nicholas, Kamerlengo fortress, ?ipiko, the Town Hall and the Town Gate. Sip some coffee or enjoy homemade icecream on the nice waterfront, visit modern and traditional shops and galleries and try some delicious local specialties.
