Azulia II accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 elegant queen guest suites, each with its own ensuite head and shower. Cabins are beautifully appointed with luxury bedding and linens. She is air-conditioned throughout with individual controls in each cabin. Crew quarters are separate bunk beds, with own head and shower (Crew may switch cabins if 2 bunk beds are desired instead of queen (usually for small children)).
Lagoon 560 AZULIA II can accommodate 8 guests in 4 luxurious cabins plus the crew in the 5th cabin. Four cabins have a Queen size bed and are comfortable outfitted with luxury high thread count bedding and plush towels. The fifth cabin has 2 twin bunk beds. Crew may switch between twin bunks or aft port cabin, depending on guest preferences. All cabins have private showers and toilets. AZULIA is fully air conditioned throughout with individual controls in each cabin.

Charter Information

All rates are for the entire boat and are subject to change without notice prior to actual reservation, Charter Fee does not include a customary gratuity in the amount of 15-20% of the total charter fee payable to a deserving Captain and Crew upon the completion of a successful charter, All guests over 18 yrs wishing to fish in BVI must purchase a BVI license prior to boarding ask us for information, Marina dockage if applicable upon the request of the charter guests is not included, Fine wines champagnes and top shelf liquors are not included and can be purchased upon request of the charter guests at their expense, Hurricane Season is from 1st June to end of November and it is imperative that all guests purchase trip insurance. Yacht's are not responsible for clients shore side expenses if charter cancelled for named storm (this includes meals hotels transportation as well as air transport) Most yachts will allow client to rebook unused dates within 6 months of cancellation (excluding holidays).

Captain: Richard Coning & Chef/First Mate: Ekaterina Cherkez are from USA

Team Bio:
Growing up on the east coast sailing and the ocean were a large part of Rich’s childhood. After
an offshore sailing trip to the Caribbean at age 18, he was convinced that a life at sea was
where he belonged. After meeting Ekaterina a few years later, they purchased their own
sailboat and cruised the east coast, Bahamas, and Caribbean. In between cruising on their own
boat they slowly began picking up jobs on yachts to fund their travels. This led to a full time
position as a captain and chef couple in charter catamarans in the Caribbean. Rich has a great
eye for detail and is very passionate about yacht maintenance, sailing, and entertaining guests.
Kate is an excellent mate helping in all aspects of sailing, all while delivering fantastic meals
from the galley. She is very passionate about using local quality ingredients in her meals,
fitness, and daily Pilates.

Captain Rich hails from a small coastal town on the Atlantic Ocean. Growing up on the ocean,
he has spent his entire life on the water. He was introduced to sailing after high school, when
he crewed on a boat headed for the Virgin Islands. Immediately he was hooked and spent the
next two years sailing and surfing the Caribbean. After meeting Kate, the two of them
purchased and rebuilt their own boat to cruise the islands. A few years later he decided to
pursue sailing professionally. After obtaining his 50 ton masters license with the UCSG, Rich
and Kate have worked on boats along the East coast, Caribbean, and Mediterranean. With
years of experience sailing together and an extensive knowledge of Virgin Islands waters, you
will be in great hands.

Rich’s main passion in life is being in the ocean and enjoying the outdoors. As an active
member of the Surfrider foundation, he is always looking for ways to live a more sustainable life.
He looks forward to sharing his passion for water sports with guests, whether it’s tracking down
waves along Tortola’s north shore, stand up paddle boarding, or wakeboarding.

His favorite part of the day is entertaining guests with craft cocktails and tales of the days
adventures while the boat effortlessly sails off into the sunset.

Growing up in a landlocked city in Russia, the idea of sailing the ocean had never crossed
Kate’s mind. It wasn’t until a summer exchange program brought her to the Atlantic coast where
she met Rich. Now married for 9 years and after many sailing trips on their own boat, she
couldn’t imagine life any other way.

With a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from San Diego State University, her fresh culinary style
reflects throughout a healthy fare. She channels all her incredible energy and brilliant ability to
think outside the box into creating delicious masterpieces for guests to enjoy.

Having had the opportunity to travel the world, including Egypt, Thailand, Greece, and Italy, she
has had the chance to sample many of the world's cuisines. She takes great delight in sharing
these flavors with you. Mediterranean and Asian inspired dishes enriched by quality produce
and locally sourced fresh ingredients is the mainstay of her cooking. Vegetarians and vegans
are very welcome with Chef Kate!

Kate seamlessly marries her talent in the galley with her natural ability to entertain. She is very
flexible with a lively, outgoing, and bubbly personality. Kate aims to make your vacation as
enjoyable and as fun as possible

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect vacation for us and our kids. The boat was immaculate and perfect layout for us. We were able to sail to St. Croix the latter part of our trip and had perfect weather for our voyage. We rented jeeps on St. Croix and had a great time exploring the island. We went on shore hiking a couple of days, but the highlight was the bioluminescence we experienced while snorkeling at night. Captain Dan and Chef Jessi were great and extremely responsive to our preferences. Very laid back vacation and just what we needed.

Thank you Dan and Jessi, we truly hope to do it again some day.

Good evening Sarah and Dan !!

Hope the paintball went well on your birthday and you were able to enjoy a nice dinner out ! Will
be waking up to 10 degrees in the morning here and some snow flurries.

Just wanted to thank you guys again for a fantastic week ! We have all been a little stressed with everything
going on and needed some relaxation. You provided exactly what we needed, a “No Worries Vacation !!”
We felt at ease with you after our initial phone call and that continued after we meet the first day. All we had to do
was relax and enjoy the moment and you took care of EVERYTHING else !!

The boat was great. Clean, comfortable, all the amenities, anything we could ask for was on board. This shows
how much work and planning you put in to maintain it all and make the week go so smoothly for us.
We realize it is a tremendous effort on your part to provide that experience for
your guests and we truly appreciate it !

As for the meals, WOW, is all I can say. Each meal was simply amazing! The variety, the flavor, the presentation, the taste
was 5-star! The meals on shore were good but no comparison to what you served onboard! Special thanks for accommodating our
dietary concerns. It was so nice for everyone (including Pam) to be able to enjoy such great meals together!

I hope our group is able to sail again someday. When that happens, we will see if you are available!

What an excellent vacation! We had such a blast sailing, wake boarding and snorkeling in the bluest water we have ever seen. Not only were the water sports unbelievable, but meeting y’all (Sister Sarah and Captain Dan) was unforgettable. While helping out on the boat and learning about sailing and where every body on board live, we got to witness y’all relaxed and open to sharing the experiences. Memorable moments on charter were Dan’s wakeboarding skills and making sushi with chef Sarah in the kitchen. We have proved that this easy going crew helped make this one of the most enjoyable vacations for passengers and crew alike. It wasn’t just during “fish bowl” that we learned/shared values, respect, and continued learning about each others unique life experiences. Best of luck on your continued adventures. We loved listening to Dan’s music and singing plus listening to his great knowledge of the USVI islands as well as the intriguing ruins of the sugar mills in Reef Bay, St John. Thank you Sarah for teaching us paddle boarding and taking us snorkeling, new to try, and also pointing out the beautiful fish while snorkeling. You have given us some great memories that we will cherish and some delicious foods we will talking about for awhile. We had a MAGICAL week at Azulia II. Dan is extremely accommodating and also a great Captain. He plays the guitar and sings very well. He took us to St. Croix and the snorkeling was awesome! Sarah spoiled us so much!! Starting with the cake and decorations for my birthday which was on our arrival day… as well as the nice presentation of the dining table every single evening. The flavor of her food was amazing. She is a great CHEF!! If we can give them 10 stars we will. They are spectacular!! We miss them!!

My family and I had the very good fortune of having Danielle (Dani) Andrews as our chef on our Christmas charter to the BVI. She is an amazing chef, concocting beautifully presented, diverse, healthy and delicious meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner day after day. She is also very comfortable with dietary restrictions and able to adapt meals for everyone of them. But she’s not just a great chef, whose meals were comparable to those of any boutique luxury cruise line we’ve been on, she is also unbelievably calm, competent and composed even under the most adverse of circumstances, which unfortunately we were subjected to repeatedly through no fault of the crew. Finally, I would say that Dani is a warm, smart and generally lovely person who any charter company would be lucky to have on their staff.

The chef/mate on our trip was Dani Andrews. The six of us were routinely amazed by the variety and quality of her food preparation. By our own choice, we ate all meal with the exception of one dinner and never were disappointed. To the contrary, all we could do was enjoy and ask for more which was readily provided.

Captain Jacob and chef Dani offered us the trip of a lifetime. For our family of six ranging in age from 13-76. Snorkeling, sailing, diving, tubing, using the screecher for the first time, fishing, hiking, rock climbing, beach exploring make the trip great for everyone. The boat is tastefully and thoughtfully arranged as well as maintained beautifully. It was more than comfortable for all of us to stay for a week. Dani’s meals hit the spot and had the perfect proportions, worthy of a Michelin Star! We look forward to our next adventure!
