Odyssea,  a crewed charter catamaran, has a spacious salon with galley up where are the delicious meals are made. Dining is on the aft deck where you can enjoy the view and the fresh sea air. Plenty of lounging and wet bar so a cold beverage is never too far away. Large SKY LOUNGE on salon roof where guests love to suntan or sit with their captain while sailing. A favorite spot to enjoy happy hour treats and one of the Captains delicious cocktails.
We love to have children aboard! For our younger kids we set up a kiddies kingdom in their cabin, filled with an array of toys, activities and games. Equally we have many household name board game, puzzles, ping pong and interests for our more mature guests.

Charter Information

All rates are for the entire boat and are subject to change without notice prior to actual reservation, Charter Fee does not include a customary gratuity in the amount of 15-20% of the total charter fee payable to a deserving Captain and Crew upon the completion of a successful charter, All guests over 18 yrs wishing to fish in BVI must purchase a BVI license prior to boarding ask us for information, Marina dockage if applicable upon the request of the charter guests is not included, Fine wines champagnes and top shelf liquors are not included and can be purchased upon request of the charter guests at their expense, Hurricane Season is from 1st June to end of November and it is imperative that all guests purchase trip insurance. Yacht's are not responsible for clients shore side expenses if charter cancelled for named storm (this includes meals hotels transportation as well as air transport) Most yachts will allow client to rebook unused dates within 6 months of cancellation (excluding holidays).

HALF BOARD: Includes all breakfasts, 4 lunches and 3 dinners aboard. The remaining 3 lunches and 4 dinners as well as associated beverages are to be taken ashore at guests’ expense. Rates are as follows:
2 pax : $28,790; 3 pax : $29,185; 4 pax : $29,580; 5 pax : $30,475; 6 pax : $31,370 $; 7 pax : $32,765; 8 pax : $33,160

SLEEP ABOARD: Sleep aboard on Odysseas is offered to a minimum of 4 pax and is charged at $500 per cabin. Initial boarding time is from 16h30 onwards. Drinks and dinner are ashore at guests’ expense. A continental breakfast will be served the following morning before leaving the dock.

Scuba Onboard

Each charter includes three guided dives per person, gear rental is at the guests’ expense. The weekly fee to rent diving gear is $230 per person. Gear includes: BCD, regulator, weights, and tanks. If the guests would like to participate in more than three dives, an additional charge of $100 per person per dive applies.

Captain Dylan Fairfield Chef/1st Mate Isabella Matterson are from South Africa 1988

Captain Dylan and Chef Isabella's easy going charm, enthusiasm and passion for life is infectious. With their professional approach and years of experience, this polite captain and chef team are ready to provide the ultimate island vacation. Captain Dylan and chef Isabella believe that attention to detail and personal touches make all the difference. They offer the highest standard and this is part of what sets them up as a top crew in the Virgin Islands. Unique to our industry are their white uniforms that add a certain sophistication to their guests’ vacations. Dylan is waiting ashore to escort guests to Slivochka, where Isabella welcomes you aboard with ice cold, refreshing hand towels.

Captain Dylan guides you to perfect bays and secret spots, pairing your expectations and his knowledge to make exploring the Virgin Islands all the more enjoyable. Nothing is too much for any of his guests, be that sun tanning on the sky lounge with a cocktail in hand, or getting you involved in sailing Slivochka. Dylan looks forward to making this vacation everything you hope for. Fully qualified and commercially endorsed as a MCA/RYA Yacht Master Offshore 200GT, Dylan has a full STCW and is PADI certified. Dylan grew up sailing the Indian and Atlantic Oceans with his family, totaling 20 000 NM over six years, having left his home of South Africa at age 6. His interest in sailing, and a life on the water is second nature to him.

Chef/1st Mate Isabella Matterson
Isabella is from Cape Town, South Africa. She has always had a love for the ocean and outdoors. Once she joined the Yachting Industry, Isabella found a love for sailing. She has sailed the East Coast of the USA, the Caribbean, the Mediterranean and the South Pacific. After gaining her sea time, she undertook her Captain’s license and now holds a RYA 200 ton Yachtmaster Offshore.

Isabella’s passion for cooking started whilst living at home cooking for her family and friends. She became inspired to take on a culinary career while working with different yacht chefs aboard. She later attended a professional cooking course at Ashburton Chefs Academy in the UK.
Isabella always uses fresh local ingredients of the highest quality available. She will create a unique and exciting menu plan according to your preferences.
Isabella is a very adventurous person and has a lust for travel. She also holds her PADI Divemaster and AIDA Free Diver Certification.

Sautéed green asparagus with shaved parmesan wrapped in crispy bacon, topped with a poached egg and drizzled with hollendaise sauce.
Herbed blinis served with balsamic glazed and roasted tomato layered with fresh mozzarella & served with eggs, over easy.

Filet Mignon, sous vide and served with cauliflower and truffle mash topped with a soy cream sauce and garnished with crispy shimeji.
Fresh Mahi Mahi on a bed of buttered courgette ribbons served with a classic parmesan risotto and surrounded by a pea, mint and white pepper puree, and ganished with lime slices.
Roasted rack of lamb served with beetroot rosti, roasted aubergine and a drag of purple cauliflower puree and garnished with baby beet shoots.
Al dente Linguine served with a seafood cream and topped with chilli prawns and garnished with broad beans.
Red Snapper fillets rubbed in Caribbean jerk spices, served with saffron infused wild rice tossed with diced bell peppers and baby peas and garnished with charred grill corn cut from the cob and lemon dill cream on the side.
Garlic and wild mushroom stuffed Chicken Ballotine served with nutmeg spiced butternut and pommes fondant, garnished with micro herbs.

Broker Feedback to the Captain-

Sorry for the delayed reply in getting feedback from the B’s who left ODYSSEA on the 3rd… But, I was finally able to chat with them over the phone last night, so I am relaying this…

They had an excellent time with you and Gi on board. They were very impressed with your knowledge and experience. They knew you had their best interest at heart all the time and you are super caring!
Butch loved hanging out with you, which gave Mrs. some time to herself! She loved it! She also mentioned how impressed they were with being in a small space all together, yet you both knew how to give them their space, and when to join in. It was never an issue..

The boat was very nice too. They mentioned the unfortunate weather they had, but you guys made it great. (I think she mentioned board games or dominoes or something) Whatever, they enjoyed spending that time with you.

Regarding Gi, OMG! She went off talking about her cooking and presentations. She also sent me photos in a text. Gi not only did an excellent job with cooking but the presentation was beautiful with every meal. She mentioned that “not only did she do such an excellent job, but it was effortlessly on her end. I never saw her really with a messed up galley in the middle of cooking. She never really saw her in the galley making a mess, it was always very clean and organized as if she really wasn’t cooking.” (I hope I am relaying this right) “We joked about how I, or Amparo, cook a meal and everyone knows with the banging of pots/pans/dishes etc. and the kitchen would be a mess. Gi had NONE of that! She was like a magician in the galley and you never knew she could produce such great meals every day with no stress and cleanliness. Her galley was always perfect even in the middle of cooking!”

She also mentioned they would go to their room and were shocked to see the room always cleaned and perfect. She was shocked because she never saw either one of you going down to their rooms ever. Again, like a magician!

They would love to come back with you and ODYSSEA in the future, for sure…

Thank you for an amazing week! It was the best way to break free of Covid and celebrate a 50th birthday for Rich. We so appreciate you hospitality, delicious food and the wonderful way you took care of all the details big + small for us. Thank you for a wonderful week of adventure. If we could Gi home with us to cook for us we would. All our meals were wonderful, breakfast, lunch & dinner! Dylan was a great captain & cool as a cucumber when the dingy stopped running and we had to row back to the boat. He was a great participant in the What Do You Meme game! Dylan was very flexible with our itinerary and had great suggestions. We tried to get them to let us stay on as part of the crew but unfortunately that would have required them to cancel the rest of their charters! Willy T’s is a night we loved the most – the memories may be fuzzy, but unfortunately the videos and bruises aren’t. Dylan, thank you for being a great leader when it came to snorkelling and ass tattoos ? Thank you Gi for introducing us to the Caipirinha, we will spend countless hours trying to recreate the recipe since you can’t share (along with the soy fillet sauce). It’s hard to pick a favorite island they were all our favorite – from dune buggies at Anegada to the caves at Norman. We will never forget this trip and we will absolutely be back soon.
