Charter Information

All rates are for the entire boat and are subject to change without notice prior to actual reservation
Charter Fee does not include a customary gratuity in the amount of 15-20% of the total charter fee payable to a deserving Captain and Crew upon the completion of a successful charter.
All guests over 18 yrs wishing to fish in BVI must purchase a BVI license prior to boarding ask us for information.
Marina dockage if applicable upon the request of the charter guests is not included.
Fine wines champagnes and top shelf liquors are not included and can be purchased upon request of the charter guests at their expense.
Hurricane Season is from 1st June to end of November and it is imperative that all guests purchase trip insurance. Yacht's are not responsible for clients shore side expenses if charter cancelled for a named storm (this includes meals hotels transportation as well as air transport) Most yachts will allow client to rebook unused dates within 6 months of cancellation (excluding holidays).

Kevin, or KDog as he's known to family and friends, enjoys entertaining guests and ensuring they have a fabulous experience aboard Sun Goddess. Every day brings an opportunity for new experiences. Guests appreciate his guidance and assistance fitting their snorkel gear, helping them feel comfortable with snorkeling - many for the first time. He often snorkels with the guests, guiding them to the best spots and pointing out turtles, fish and various aquatic life. He's also the "Coordinator of Fun" setting out couch floats and chairs, paddle boards,pulling guests in the tube behind the dinghy, hanging up the hammock for guests to lounge in, and making arrangements on the bow for guests to enjoy sleeping under the clear star-filled sky. Kevin loves history and can often be found readingabout events that took place hundreds of years ago in the Caribbean islands. He imagines how difficult it was for sailors before engines, charts and GPS were available, and delights in entertaining guests with pirate stories! Captain KDog looks forward to sharing his adventurous nature with you, and who knows, you might just find a buried treasure!

Cheryl has a passion for hosting family, friends and guests, and what better place than the spectacular, crystal blue waters of the Caribbean! She was rated as a Super Host for their Virginia Beach Airbnb home and has transferred her knack for details to hosting guests aboard Sun Goddess. While living in Virginia, she started a small catering company which gave her an additional outlet to showcase her love of cooking and entertaining. During the Summer 2024 break, Cheryl studied with author and culinary educator Sara Ciliberto of "The Unexpected Kitchen" fame, and looks forward to preparing some scrumptious new recipes for guests! Whether you're planning a vacation to celebrate a special event or a relaxing island get-away from work, Cheryl welcomes the opportunity to feed your soul with delicious meals and make your trip aboard Sun Goddess a memorable one.

Cheryl & Kevin were amazing hosts in every way. Both of them were extremely knowledgeable about St. Thomas and St. John and the surrounding islands. They were skilled captains and very hospitable. A highlight was Cheryl treating us to an amazing steak dinner as we overlooked Maho Bay and KDog rounded out our trip with a guided snorkel tour of the small reef and wildlife at Caneel Bay. Overall, our trip was fantastic! Sun Goddess is a beautiful yacht and we truly felt welcome to make the place our home. No words do this place justice. Can’t express enough how wonderful Cheryl, KDog and the Sun Goddess are. We look forward to booking with them again in the future!

My wife and I have traveled to many places around the world from East Asia, to Europe, to South African safaries, to French Polynesia, always looking for unique traveling experiences. Chartering a catamaran in the British Virgin Islands had always been on our list so we decided to give it a go with the Sun Goddess. Before we even arrived in the BVI, we were impressed and thankful for the communication we had with Captain Cheryl. She was extremely helpful with suggestions for what we should pack, logistics and she requested our food and beverage preferences in advance. The level of detail to everything for our entire trip was phenomenal. This was our first trip to the BVI and we were thankful to have such experienced and knowledgeable captains to ensure our safety and show us so many beautiful and amazing places. We wanted a chill and relaxed vacation as an escape from New York City, and this trip was perfect for us. We enjoyed fabulous meals onboard Sun Goddess, and experienced some great dinners on a few of the islands we visited. Captains Cheryl and Kevin are so down-to-earth, and made us feel completely comfortable. They were incredibly flexible, allowing us to simply relax and also set up many fun activities for us. Cheryl even arranged for a couples massage for us, open air and overlooking the Caribbean! Unfortunately, the weather didn’t allow a trip to Anegada this time, so we are planning to come back aboard Sun Goddess for another great BVI adventure next season!

Cheryl, KDog and the Sun Goddess are absolutely the best there is! We felt like family being there and I really don’t see how the experience could have been any better. Cheryl was on top of any requests we had, so sweet and such an amazing chef. KDog answered all of our questions about the area, set up everything we wanted to do (including paddle boards, floating rafts, snorkel gear, the hammock, and much more), and had some great jokes and stories for us. Both of them are such great captains, full of knowledge, genuine and kind people all around. They also respected our privacy very kindly, however, we thoroughly enjoyed their company and talking with them. The Sun Goddess is such a beautiful yacht with everything anyone could ask for. We definitely plan on returning again and 10/10 recommend booking the Sun Goddess for an epic experience.

Thank you both for a fantastic week at sea! Y’all went above and beyond in every way to ensure a memorable Spring Break for ourselves and our two girls. The meals were delicious and the waters are the prettiest we have ever seen. Highlights of the trip include seeing and swimming with the turtles and other beautiful fish, paddleboarding, hiking to overlook the gorgeous harbors, dinghy rides, the Baths, and again, the crystal clear waters! We also loved jumping at Willy T’s and rides behind the dinghy on the tube. A very relaxing week on the Sun Goddess and we hope to be back!

I know we already let you know this, but we could not have been happier with our trip or asked for a better crew than you and Kevin. On top of being knowledgeable about the USVI and BVI, we knew we were in expert hands on the Sun Goddess and always felt well taken care of, safe and comfortable – and well fed! You were careful and so thoughtful about Leo’s celiac – it made a huge difference for him to be able to relax and enjoy the trip without worrying about getting sick. And our comfort extended to feeling completely at home with you and Kevin – you gave us space but were always available and were wonderful company. We learned an enormous amount from both of you, which was another bonus! Having you as the crew added a special element to the trip. We loved getting to know you both.

And thank you for your kind words about our family dynamics and the kids – we’ve always prioritized the importance of family to the kids and it’s wonderful to know that shows.

I wanted to share a huge KUDOS to both Captain Cheryl and Captain Kevin! We had an absolutely PERFECT trip and could not have imagined anything better. Cheryl and Kevin make a great team ensuring their Sun Goddess guests have a wonderful experience. Cheryl was an amazing hostess and Kevin ensured a safe trip as he maneuvered the islands! They were professional and fun and suggested a great itinerary, since this was a new experience for us. We did everything on our list and more. Cheryl and Kevin went above and beyond to make sure we were having a great time and brought us to destinations we thoroughly enjoyed. Each place we stopped at had something different to experience.

Cheryl prepared meals and snacks that were delicious and exceeded our expectations. She catered to the dietary requests of our group and succeeded in making everything so delightful. She had so many items at her fingertips anytime we had a request! She was always readily available if we had any requests.

The catamaran was in pristine condition. The cabins had ample space and storage for our belongings. It was clean and well kept. The dinghy, paddle boards, floating coach, and other amenities were all in perfect condition. The snorkel gear we used was able to be fitted to each person and was very clean! Towels and sunscreen were always readily available. A bonus to our trip was the extra fun and easy going attitudes both Cheryl and Kevin have! They really made everything look so easy and our entire trip flow seamlessly! I cannot thank them enough for such a great experience! We will definitely use their charter again!

Had a vacation of a lifetime aboard the beautiful Sun Goddess. This trip way exceeded all expectations. Captains Kevin and Cheryl went above and beyond to make sure every element of this trip was top notch. From the insiders knowledge and recommendations on island destinations to the 5-star meals, this trip couldn’t have been more enjoyable and relaxing. Especially notable were the pancakes with Baileys whipp[ed cream and the locally caught fresh fish tacos. No detail was left unmet.

Our family had a fantastic week on Sun Goddess. Kevin and Cheryl were the most wonderful hosts, catering to our every need in the most comfortable, gracious manner. The boat accommodated our group of six comfortably so that we could take full advantage of relaxing among the natural beauty around us. The Bote chairs and loungers are a super addition to the boat and we enjoyed lounging with cocktails in our hands. We were so well taken care of from start to finish, from our fabulous itinerary, our sails, our excursions, and the amazing food and drinks, it was a week we will never forget.
