The Annex offers an stylish and fun platform for family or friends to have a sailing vacation of a lifetime in the Caribbean! The yacht’s large entertainment and lounging flybridge is one of the features that separate The Annex from other catamarans of a similar length.
Five guest cabins include two cabins up on the salon level with access to the forward cockpit and three cabins down with great water views. One of the cabins can be split into twin beds. All cabins have private en-suite bathrooms with electric toilets and separate shower stalls.
The yacht comes with an extensive list of water toys and a fun, active crew to assist in any way.

- Hurricane Season is from 1st June to end of November and it is imperative that all guests purchase trip insurance. Yacht's are not responsible for clients shore side expenses if charter cancelled for named storm (this includes meals hotels transportation as well as air transport) Most yachts will allow client to rebook unused dates within 6 months of cancellation (excluding holidays).

***SKiPPER Capt. Ryan Duncan
Ryan grew up on a farm just outside of Richards Bay, just north of Durban, South Africa. Starting from a young age he was very involved with the maintenance of the tractors and other machinery on the farm, which pushed him to attend an intense trade school to become a Diesel Mechanic. After his schooling Ryan worked as a diesel mechanic for 5 years in South Africa wondering what was next for him? Growing up with family weekends and holidays spent on the waters of Richards Bay, ranging from water-skiing, tubing, diving, as well as traveling throughout Africa only further fed the flame for traveling outside of Africa and what will be next? Ryan found himself in a small island in the BVI as Dive Instructor for 3 years, working with Sunchaser Scuba on Virgin Gorda. Teaching people how to dive and sharing his passion for the underwater world to fellow guest and peers, he knew this is what he truly loved. Developing skill sets such as boat handling, teaching, and the ways of the water Ryan was finally able to pursue his long lost dream to venture into the Mega Yacht industry. The last 2 years Ryan quickly worked his way up to Mate/Engineer on a 35M motor yacht and working on several charter boats ranging from 35-45 meters, while obtaining his 200 ton captains license. Ryan’s love for the islands and the people, is what brought him back to the BVI. Ryan is looking forward sharing with the guest his little rock, and a place he once again can call home. Welcome onboard The Annex!
Chef Roma Stopforth is from South Africa. She has over 30 years experience in the Restaurant and Hospitality industry. She has both worked in and owned her own restaurants. She is very experienced in all types of cuisine. She is happy and able to cater for most dietary needs.
For the last 8 years, Roma has called the Caribbean home. This is reflected in her dishes using local products and flavors to create unique, wonderful fusion dishes. Her meal never fail to impress.
Roma has an outgoing personality and loves to entertain her guests and spoil them with fine food. She also has a vast knowledge of the BVI and loves to share it!
Qualifications: 30 years at the University of life cooking school. STCW 2010. PADI Dive Master. Emergency First Responder.

***THE STEWARDESS Carly Benjamin
Carly grew up in Florida and spent her childhood holidays between the Florida Keys and the British Virgin Islands in the Caribbean. Spending so much time on wonderful clear blue waters, it was only natural to find a way to continue to make a career out of it. Knowing that hospitality was her passion and a people person by nature, Carly started of working in the hotel industry and moved from Tampa, Fl down to Fort Lauderdale, FL working in events/concierge. 10 years ago, she decided to leave the hotel company and venture into the Mega Yacht world. Carly worked her way up to Chief Stewardess/Purser in the last 10 years on heavy charter boats ranging from 45-55 meters. Although she has traveled to many places through yachting, one of her all-time favorites is back down in the BVI’s. Carly has spent the majority of her adult life working in and or visiting the BVI. When Carly is not working, she enjoys activities such as surfing, hiking, and anything that has to do with the ocean. Carly is looking forward to this next adventure aboard The Annex, and excited to share with the guest her favorite gems of the island, and to exceed your expectations while onboard. Pancakes – with a topping of your choice- Fresh berries and white chocolate sauce; banana and toffee; cinnamon and fresh lemon juice or real maple syrup
Waffles à la Mode – waffles with homemade ice cream and strawberries drizzled with syrup
Sweet or Savoury French Toast – your choice of cinnamon and maple syrup or thyme infused mushroom, grilled withcheese
Homemade Croissant- turkey, bacon or smoked salmon with cheese, on a bed of rocket and avocado
Omelette- 2/3 eggs with balsamic caramelized onions, basil, and melted brie
Classic Bacon and Eggs- eggs to the style of your choice with crispy bacon, grilled tomato and rosemary infused hash browns

We all had such a wonderful time. The Crew; Nicolas, Oliver, Roma and Gema treated us like royalty. They actually became part of our group. We were pampered from start to finish. Nicola and Oliver charted a course where we could see and do a lot of things. They found us private coves for water sports, paddle boarding, snorkeling, swimming, floating and water skiing. Your generosity of providing “Lemon Head” for our use was spot on. I don’t know how we would have done this without her! It even provided some with an important fishing excursion.
Roma is an excellent cook with delicious meals and even catered to Bill & Pat on their 46th wedding anniversary. She is an amazing cook and we looked forward to each meal and our happy hour hors d’oeuvres! Even when we didn’t eat on board, Roma arranged meals on land, a place to watch the Superbowl and have a lobster dinner. I’m sure we all put on a few pounds. Gema, Miss full of energy and spunk, made sure we were very comfortable in our cabins and catered to us the entire time. Roma and Gema even provided signature drinks during our trip.
Meals were EXCELLENT, fresh and beautifully presented. Roma and crew knew our preference sheet and provided alternative meal for a member that did not like fish. They even had a special dinner to celebrate members 46th anniversary.
Captain and crew made things easy. They were very knowledgeable of the area, and bent over backwards to meet our needs. you would have never known this was the first time they all worked together on the Annex. Everything was spot on !Everything exceeded my expectations. The Captain and the crew made this trip a trip of a lifetime! I would highly recommend Nicolas, Olivier, Gema and Roma
Yacht was beautiful and more spacious than we thought. Yes there was plenty of shade with the 3rd level providing great views. Cabins were maintained daily and sheets/towels midweek. Lovely indoor and outdoor areas.
It was great having the bigger boat (“Lemon Head”)… She was able to accommodate all 10 of us and the crew.

This was the most amazing trip ever. The crew made all attempts to make this an amazing adventure. Nothing was to much trouble for Captain Nicolai, Captain Oliver, First mate Gemma and Chef Roma. We were a group of 10 and we all had the same opinion. Our travel to the different ports were very interesting and enjoyable. The meals were so delicious. Chef Roma went above and beyond to prepare the meals. I can’t say enough about this wonderful trip.
Absolutely flawlessin every way! I will remember the gourmet meals so perfectly presented in hopes I may become inspired to upgrade my own offerings! Thankyou so very much for making my BVI trip so special and memorable.
