Welcome to our Backyard –  YOLO ll Luxury Crewed Charters

Yolo ll is a 52 ft Lagoon Catamaran built for crewed yacht charters.   Refitted in 2018 and now sailing in US and British Virgin Islands, St Maarten and Grenadines. Offering six guests in three queen sized beds all with ensuite with A/C..
Yolo will be offering charters for January, February and March 2021 in St Maarten and Virgins island areas. Summer months from July available in the Grenadines.

Charter Information

  • All rates are for the entire boat and are subject to change without notice prior to actual reservation
  • Charter Fee does not include a customary gratuity in the amount of 15-20% of the total charter fee payable to a deserving Captain and Crew upon the completion of a successful charter
  • All guests over 18 yrs wishing to fish in BVI must purchase a BVI license prior to boarding ask us for information
  • Marina dockage if applicable upon the request of the charter guests is not included
  • Fine wines champagnes and top shelf liquors are not included and can be purchased upon request of the charter guests at their expense
  • Hurricane Season is from 1st June to end of November and it is imperative that all guests purchase trip insurance. Yacht's are not responsible for clients shore side expenses if charter cancelled for named storm (this includes meals hotels transportation as well as air transport) Most yachts will allow client to rebook unused dates within 6 months of cancellation (excluding holidays).

Crew Profile

Julle Gylling – IYT/MCA Yachmaster Unlimited 200gt, STCW
Julle is a 49 years old ”easy going” Finn. He has been sailing since he was a little boy – 43 years to be exact. He has had career assignments as a charter yacht skipper, tour leader, instructor, delivery skipper, and product research skipper for various companies. He has been in command of yachts from 40’ up to 100’. Julle graduated in 2004 from Turku university Finland with a Master of Science in environmental geology. Julle is also trained as a special education teacher.
Julle’s adventures have taken him: across the Atlantic and Pacific oceans, to Thailand & Burma, the Caribbean including BVI, St Martin, St. Barts, Grenada and Venezuela. In addition, Julle has sailed the Bahamas and Cuba, as well as extensively around the Med including Italy, Montenegro, Greece, Croatia, Turkey, the Baltic sea and more!
In his journeys aboard private, delivery and charter yachts, he has amassed over 100,000Nm and has lots of stories to tell!

Anna Komninou – Mate/Chef
Julle met Anna in Santorini, Greece where she was working in a restaurant that he picked up charter guests at each week. Her fantastic cuisine and warm personality caught his heart and the rest is ”History”. Together they have sailed to many parts of the world catering to many exclusive guests. Anna’s career has included being a chef, hostess, deckhand, first mate and stewardess. She is a fun loving 41 year old Greek lady. Over the past 7 years she has been sailing with Julle around Greece, the Caribbean, Mexico & Belize, Italy, Croatia, Malta, Montenegro and Turkey. Anna has a very strong background in food, hospitality and customer care. She graduated as graphic designer from Athens Akto Art & Design College in Greece. She has been in the fine dining industry since 1997 specializing in Mediterranean cuisine (Greek and Italian) .

When you taste her food, and see her beautifully table setting, you will say ” Bravo ” for her meal prepared just for you !

Breakfast:
Coffee, Tea, Fruit juices, muesli or cereal with yoghurt and honey, toast and jam and tropical fruit platter.
Porthole – Eggs, cheese and ham baked in over with/or without bagels
Other breakfasts include – Eggs Florentine with bacon rolls on toasted English muffins | Baked omelette with vegetables and warm salsa | Scrambled eggs with sausages | Mango or banana pancakes with honey, jam and maple syrup | Cold meats platter, cheeses, cherry tomatoes and fresh bread | Omeletts with bacon, cheese and herbs

Lunch:
Cucumber bouquet salad – Lettuce, peppers, cherry tomatoes, in the cucumber bouquet with coriander and garlic dressing
Spicy shrimps and sauteed vegetables with avocado salsa served with fresh salad in parmesan basket
